We provide detailed monthly reports that highlight what’s working and what’s not. You can also view your campaign data in real-time, any time you want.

We work with all new clients on a 3-month pilot. You want your business to succeed, and so do we. That’s why we recommend 3 months as an investment to so we can properly develop scalable social campaigns that learn about your customers, optimize, and scale effectively.

After your pilot period, you can choose a month to month structure, but most of our clients continue with a longer term commitment with added incentives. 

Our monthly ads management services are custom for each client based on the size of your account and total ad spend managed. We have a tiered structure based on total ad spend; we charge a flat fee plus a percentage of ad spend that decreases as your spend increases. The minimum ad spend we manage is $5,000 per month.

As many as you want! We work on an ad spend basis, so there is no limit on the campaigns we create and manage to reach your goals within your desired budget. 

We require that you provide us with the finished media: product photos, video, or other content that you have. We will select the content supplied to test and find winning ad creatives.

We also use any content available on your website and social media pages, but anything that you can provide is helpful towards building a successful social media campaign.

Setup of your social media platforms, including your Business Manager, ad account, and social pages is always included when needed. We know you don’t have time to do everything yourself, and we’re happy to help out.

We’ll also walk you through the process if you prefer to set up your social media platforms yourself. And no, there is no extra charge for this. 

Results vary for each client, based on your ad spend, active social presence, any past campaigns you’ve done, and history of your brand. You can be sure that we’ll work with you to make sure any campaigns are aimed toward reaching your goals.

Advertising budgets vary based on the size of your account, geographies you want to target, and your specific goals. Unfortunately, there is no cookie-cutter answer that fits all brands. 

We respond to any and all questions within 24 hours. On a monthly basis, you receive custom reporting with insights and we discuss results, strategy, updates on your business, and how we can optimize to deliver the best results.
